Exeter's promotion spree appears set to continue, with Samoan scrum-half Junior Poluligaga (Polu for short) awaiting only a visa before he signs on.
Polu has been playing for Bay of Plenty and the Chiefs in the ITM Cup and Super 14 respectively, having previously tasted Premiership rugby with Harlequins and top 14 rugby with Toulon.
He has 16 caps for Samoa and two for the Pacific Islands Union team.
He will challenge fellow countryman Garrick Cowley and Haydn Thomas for the No. 9 jersey when he arrives.
